Briton 533 Door Detent - 24V DC Electro Magnetic Magnet - 533.SE

The Briton 533 is a 24V DC hold open door detent.  This magnet is designed to be wall mounted and to hold open a fire door in normal operation.  When interfaced with a fire alarm system the magnet is designed to release and close the door once the fire alarm system has been activated.

The Briton 553 is suitable for flush or surface installation.
