The CS8M/NM Bulkhead Emergency Light is a general purpose emergency lighting luminaire suitable for both external and internal environments. The CS8M/NM 8 Watt Bulkhead Emergency Light comprises of a moulded self extinguishing polycarbonate base fitted with a clear Fresnel diffuser, suitable for use on escape routes (850 degrees C Hot-wire test, defined by ICEL).

 

The 8 watt bulkhead emerency light features a diffuser which is attached by captive screws and gasketted to the base to provide a seal to IP65. The gear tray of the CS8M/NM 8 Watt Bulkhead Emergency Light is hinged and fully removable and the circuit board has loop in loop out connections for ease of installation. The CS8M/NM 8 Watt Bulkhead Emergency Light has cable knockouts which are provided in the ends and a BESA entry in the base complying with the requirements of BS5433 and suitable for incorporation into an emergency lighting system complying with BS5266: 1988 the CS8M/NM 8 Watt Bulkhead Emergency Light can be fitted with universal legend kits making them suitable for use as an external IP65 exit sign. Dual-purpose operation, easily wired for nonmaintained or maintained therefore providing single unit stocking solution.
