The Rutland TS.FIRETRAK.114 Electromagnetic Slide Arm Closer is a surface mounted Electromagnetic hold open slide arm with cam action door closer designed for fire and smoke compartmentation doors.  Fire and smoke doors will operate in a controlled close with the TS.FIRETRAK.114 when the fire or smoke alarm is activated.
